If you recently upgraded Inky from the older version to the new version, and you are having problems logging in (for instance, if you cannot remember your username or password), in order to get your Inky working quickly again, we suggest that you do the following things:

1. Create a new Inky username (see http://inkymail.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000214276-register-your-new-inky-windows-mac-account) .

2. Add back your previous email account(s).

Note: You will still be able to access all your previous messages with the new Inky account.
